    This listing is for one 1:12 sheet of random plank flooring by Houseworks.   The sheet measures 11 x 17 inches and can be cut to your desired dimensions.  It has never been used and is in excellent condition.  It is from a now closed business.  It have been safely stored.
    I package carefully.  Pieces are intended for adult collectors only.  The handling charge (if one appears) partially covers insurance and signature confirmation.  I only ship within the United States.
