One of my personal favorite varieties for the shield nickel series. This 1866/1866 has a dramatically re=punched date on the obverse going east-ward of the date. It has a good strike with some original mint luster making for a very conservatively graded coin in our recommendation. This coin also has a small 'ragged clip' mint-error that is located on the obverse at about 9 o' clock. This coin look as nice as most AU-50 graded shield nickels we have seen.
