This auction is for a nice 1868 Shield Nickel Coin (inv. code #xs).  Coin has SOLID XF details with a full bold date & LOTS of the shield lines - both vertical & horizontal - are separated, wreath also has nice leaf details.   WHOLESALE in xf is almost 60 so this coin is priced to move!  Coin has a few dark areas & was probably cleaned long ago so please see pics & judge for yourself.  We think this coin has good eye appeal for the normal wear for age & condition but since this is a
