1900'S BRONZE IRON TELLER CASHIER & BOOK KEEPER WINDOW SIGNS GATES & DECORATIONS

Description

Picked this bank teller window decorations up at an estate sale. The estate owners were antique collectors and dealers in Clay Center Nebraska. I was told this set came out of the bank in Clay Center. There are a total of 9 decretive pieces. The Cashier and Book Keeper sign are made of bronze and have a swirl background as seen in the pictures. The fancy around the two signs are iron. Those two signs measure approx. 18" x 9" x 1/2" including the fancy trim. The two gates that would fit below the signs in the teller window are made of iron and measure approx. 18" x 24" x 1/2". Each gate has two hinges and one spring loaded latch. The buttons to pull the spring loaded latch back are missing and you will have to find some kind of button that would fit in the latches, the spring in the latch still works. The two decretive pieces that would fit beside the gated window are made of iron, trimmed on the outside with bronze or brass. One set measures approx. 27 1/4" x 14" x 1/2" each and the other set measures approx. 26 1/8" x 14" x 1/2". There is one bigger decretive panel that is also made of iron, trimmed on the outside with bronze or brass and measures approx. 29 5/8" x 14" x 1/2". I'm not sure where this piece would have been placed around the windows? There is some copper cladding on the iron for decoration but the magnet will stick to it so I know it is iron. There is also some rust here and there and on some edges from storage. These have not been polished all I did was remove the dust and cobwebs with a brush, any other cleaning will be left to the new owner.
