Record book of construction of John Jay Park Pavilion
8.5" x 10.5" hardcover containing a mimeograph sheet in front titled "Architect's Sub-division of the specification of John Jay Park Pavilion" followed by a 48-page record of construction and costs from Sept. 6, 1913 through Aug. 8, 1914. The book doesn't identify who kept the record.
The architect of the pavilion was Jaroslav A. Kraus.
Contents are clean and the binding is tight. The backstrip is gone, and the covers have minor wear.

How I Pack:
Most books are packed in boxes with appropriate packing material. Thin volumes and ephemera are mailed in envelopes with stiffeners. Records are mailed in industry-standard cardboard mailers. All items are packed to withstand normal abuse during transportation.
