3 STORY TERRA COTTA BUILDING FACADE FRONT CHERUBS DOLPHINS 35 FEET TALL

Two story terra cotta facade plus pediment of a building formerly located at 2132 Market Street Philadelphia. Made by Atlantic Terra Cotta,
I believe it was built in 1903. Approximately 35 feet tall. Amazing detail with Putti standing on dolphins, cherubs, dragons and amazing floral decorations. It will need some restoration.
There were existing issues such as cracks, chips and general maintenance. The salvage operation added to that in the form of some broken tiles, chips etc.
There are qualified restoration people out there who can bring it back to its former glory if that is what you are going for.
It is dismantled and in storage. Once in a lifetime opportunity to own an architectural gem! We have hundreds of photos showing the salvage operation from start to finish.
