    Description

    Superb 19thc architectural gilt bronze fixture with the head of a cherub to the centre.  Dating c. 1860.
    Excellent attention to detail on this fine gilt bronze head.  Really beautiful quality bronze head of a cherub with lovely facial expression and with hair decorated with fruits and leaves.  Ornate decorative 'halo' around the head which is attached to it by two small screws so that the head has movement.
    Measures some 7.25" height x 5.25" max width.
    Condition is excellent and age commensurate.  Lovely.
