    Description

    100 sq ft Genuine antique Oak or Ash Hardwood tongue and groove wide plank flooring. It was removed from an old house in upstate NY. This flooring was on the  first floor of the home it was pulled from. There will be splits, cracks, missing chunks. Very solid boards with great grain and loads of character. There is some residue from being under carpet remaining on boards. Please look over the pictures and ask questions when needed. Thanks for looking
    When measuring for your space be sure to expect at least 15% waste as this is reclaimed salvaged antique flooring.
    The widths of the boards vary 7" with some 5 1/2 - 6" mixed in
    The lengths range from 7'-11', and there are some shorter 4'-5'
    The average thickness of the boards are 1 1/4"
