CANCELLING AN ORDER:

UNDELIVERED, UNCLAIMED, REFUSED OR RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES:
Buyer is responsible for reshipping cost in scenarios where packages are returned to us for reasons such as undelivered, unclaimed, refused or return to sender. The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless it is a company error. If reshipment is requested, the shipping cost will be the buyer's responsibility.
RETURN POLICY:
In an effort to ensure customer satisfaction, we offer 30 day returns (original item price minus shipping price - buyer pays for return shipping). The item(s) must be returned back to us in its original condition (if new, with tag or in original sealed packaging). We recommend shipping the returned item back to us using a tracked service.
Tracking lets us know the item is on its way and allows eBay to see the progress of the return.
Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will promptly begin the refund process. If the item arrives in a different condition other than its original form (opened, damaged, etc.), a partial refund may be given.
