Measure the diameter of the head and select your size. How to measure the diameter of the head- see in last photo.
Diameter sizes:
1- From 118 Centimeters ( 46,4 inches) till Centimeters 120 ( 47,2 inches)
2- From 120 Centimeters ( 47,2 inches) till Centimeters 126 ( 49,6 inches)
3- From 126 Centimeters ( 49,6 inches) till Centimeters 131 AND MORE ( 51,5 inches)

The protective mask is intended for respiratory and eye protection of adults including non-combatant personnel of civil defense forces against warfare agents, radioactive dust and bacterial aerosols.
Design
Each mask is delivered with GP face piece (GP-7 protective mask), GP-7K filter canister housed in a metal case, thermal inserts, a metal or a plastic canteen with a cap (GP-7V), and a carrying case. The facepiece is available in three sizes: 1, 2, 3. A protective fabric cover and a canteen can be supplied by request.
