Copper-sheathed roof-top trap door - Antique architectural salvage - widows walk

antique roof hatch
, rescued during a roofing job from an old Victorian mansion. Similar to that used for access to a "widows walk".
It consists of a substantial wood frame overlaid in copper with seams carefully soldered together with lead. The wood frame is dry but in good shape given its age. The copper has a beautiful patina but does have some small nail pricks in its surface from having other debris dropped on top of it. See our photographs to accurately determine the

Exterior dimensions are approximately 46.25" x 33.25" x 3.5"
. It is of moderate weight, probably 40-50 pounds (I don't have a scale to weigh it) -- I can lift it myself without difficulty but it is a bit bulky.
I had thought to repurpose it as a kitchen island top but have chosen to go in a different direction.
