    Description

    We used this backup/spare pump for irrigation but we have recently upgraded to a much larger Honda pump. This pump has low hours and did not get much use but she starts easily and runs very smooth and
    has very good pressure however o
    ne of the seals around the water pump leaks. I never got around to fixing it. I have had this issue before on other water pumps and the leaks are usually around the large main round seal. It is an easy fix and I just make my own seals with a RTV silicone gasket maker but I never  got around to fixing this one. We just used it with the leak.
    Honda makes great engines and Water Ace makes very reliable pumps. Both companies are still in business and easy to find parts for both.
    Also, the white PVC fitting that has the brass fitting connected to it is not included in sale. We use this for our other pumps. One of our helpers mistakenly photographed it so sorry for the mix up. You can see the fitting at the top of the pump, left side in photo number 1.
