Very circulated note with folds, wrinkles, splits, soiling. Scarcer variety without serial number prefix and signature 2.

will only ship to the address supplied by ebay.

- We cannot ship to PO Box addresses since some of our shippers will not deliver to a PO Box.
- If you use a shipping forwarder, the item is considered delivered once it arrives at your forwarder; we are no longer responsible for delivery once it arrives at your shipping forwarder.
- If any item is returned due to incorrect, insufficient, misspelled address or refusal by the customer to take delivery,
the item will be refunded minus all shipping costs.

- Any item that is lost in shipment, misdelivered, not received by the buyer for any reason and for which we issue a refund is still our property and will be reported to the appropriate agencies and collector groups to prevent it from being resold.

RETURN POLICY
Any item may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please notify us WITHIN the 30 day period after receipt so that we know you are returning the item.
- All returns must be in same packaging (mylar holders, protective packaging) as when shipped.
- Buyer pays return shipping costs.
- Refund will be made after the item has been received in the same condition as it was shipped.
