    Description

    JW Fiske Cast Iron Antique Horse Feeder Architectural about 17" x 17" Corner Mount Barn.
    Beautiful vintage equestrian horse barn cast iron fixture by the famous J. W. FISKE foundry in New York City.  This one is not cracked at all and is a feeder made to last.  Rolled lip in front and holes to bolt it to the corner of the horse stall.
    These can also be used as really cool planters.  Gives your front door or barn gone a neat and authentic vibe.  Fiske was the premier foundry fir these type of thems.    This was from an antique barn in the Hudson Valley region....only about an hour from NYC.   The property owner renivated the barn there  and at that time removed it in favor of another feeding option for her horse.  I bought it years ago for my collection.
    I've seen these type of feeders mounted  in a corner of a home or by the front door and used as a PLANTER or have a potted plant set in it.  Really cool reuse.
