    Description

Here is a pair of antique 'Saginaw Block' paving brick made by the Saginaw Paving Brick Co. 1894 to 1917.  This size was used for street paving and measures 8 3/4 inches long by 4 inches wide, and 3 1/4 inches thick, a bit heavier than the common brick (over 9 pounds).  When taken from the streets they would have wear on one side from street traffic.  This brick was on a side apron and never received much wear and is in very nice condition.  Made of clay and put through a vitrified process to make them a harder stronger brick.  Historical and collectible.
See 6 photos.  The bricks you see are the bricks you get. (4)
