the MIKIMOTO brooch is antique vintage & just spectacular!!! it weighs approx 7.5 Grams -- there is a lot of gold on this pin!!!
measurements are a nice size of 2" across x just short of 1" top to bottom x 1/4" deep.
it is just beautiful & the 5 pearls are really good substantial size & there is such a beautiful sheen on them. The mark on the back is 750 & also the M inside the clamshell.
This is great as a brooch, as a pin & perfect for a Scarf as well! Beautiful Gift for a loved one!  pictures below
