Item is new and still sealed.  Magazine comes with an exclusive t-shirt, and is housed in a red plastic sleeve.  There is a small tear on the lower left corner of the sleeve which I have uploaded a close up picture for you to see.  My own personal copy was also delivered like this from V Magazine.  Beautiful collector's item with awesome photography that any little monster would appreciate!  Item is rather large and heavy which may affect the shipping costs.  Feel free to reach out with any questions.
