Here we have an old ornate bronze and brass remnant. It features the Greek goddess DEMETER was the Olympian goddess of agriculture, grain and bread who sustained mankind with the earth's rich bounty. This depiction shows her surrounded by shafts of grain. The lower portion of the piece features the face of the Greek god Pan. Pan, was a half human, half goat god that lived in nature. He was a rustic god associated with nature and fertility.
It measures 11 5/8" tall x 9 1/2" wide and it weighs 3 lbs.  11 oz. A magnet doesn't stick to any of it. Please scroll down to view all the pictures.
