    Description

    RARE 1929 (91 years old) Architect's Model House Home!  It is large (as you can see in the last photo for size comparison).  The detail is amazing!  Wallpaper, ceiling lights, oak floors, paneled doors, copper trim.  There are some misc pieces that are included (2 wood benches, some roof tiles.  While it is in need of some attention, it is a wonderful example of early 20th Century architecture!
    Oh, it is mounted on bearings, so it can swivel 360 degrees.  All doors are functional..
