While it's only my opinion, to me, AJ Foyt, Jr is the Greatest American Race Car Driver to ever take the wheel. This would be based on his talents, diversification in types of race cars and records that support that. He is a 7 Time USAC Indy Car Champion with 67 wins in his career, the first Four Time Winner of the Indianapolis 500,
the only driver to win the Indy 500 in both a front engine and rear engine race car twice
, 7 Winston Cup NASCAR wins, which the series is now referred to as the Monster Energy Drink Series, a win at the 24 hours of Lemans, a 1972 victory in the Daytona 500 driving for the Wood Brothers, and hundreds of USAC Dirt Champ Car, Stock Car, Sprint Car and Midget car victories in his amazing career. He also won the Indy 500 again in 1999 as a car owner with Kenny Brack at the wheel.
I have tons of AJ's stuff including all of his books, hundreds of autographed photos, programs, posters, contracts and thousands of more items, so check back.
Please ask questions as needed and thanks.
