Returns
We offer exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within thirty (30) days, subject to an Authorization from us. Thirty (30) days warranty will apply on the Consumer Product.
Authorization does not guarantee final disposition, and al returns are subject to inspection.
Defective products must be reported thirty (30) days after receipt of the item, and customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We reserve the right to impose a 10% restocking fee on all refused shipments. All S&H charges are non-refundable!
