I had to list this item as used as it is not come in a sealed bag. But I think it’s never been used, judging by the quality of it.The filters are in a sealed bag, and there is a tag on the mask. It says Honeywell inside the front vents, so I assume it’s a Honeywell, but I couldn’t find that particular model online. Honeywell 7620
