Spanish Revival Iron Window Balcony 69"x30x20

Description

This is an amazing 1920s Spanish revival style balcony . The middle features an acorn with banded iron and is complete with the bottom scrolls that mount to the wall . The balcony is in overall good condition I did notice a bend in the end bar where it connects to the wall and also that the bottom pan has rusted throughout time due to weathering and could simply be replaced. When installed it originally held a concrete slab with vintage tiles . I also noticed that the bottom scroll had also broken during time and would need to be re-welded. This balcony is the real deal it would definitely be worth restoring as for it is original 1920s banded iron .
