    8 Highly Reflective Well-Matched Akoya Pearls
    Up for your consideration is this stunning antique Mikimoto Akoya pearl brooch. Crafted of solid sterling silver this brooch is a gorgeous example of classic Mikimoto elegance. From my Mikimoto collection, it features 8 highly reflective, well-matched exceptional pearls, with a very slight pinkish hue, ranging in size from approximately 5.2 mm to 6.5 mm. This is a typical example of classic Mikimoto designs. The name synonymous with the finest quality Akoya pearls, Mikimoto signs this brooch with the M in a clam shell and it's marked S to denote purity (Sterling Silver).
    This large vintage brooch measures approximately 46 mm by 25 mm and the total weight is a respectable 7.2 Grams.
