    Description

A Beautifully Detailed, Original Plan of the Block of Stores for M Rosenheim, A Frankenthal and W Goldstein on the northeast corner of 9th and Washington Avenues in St. Louis, Missouri
    .
    HAND COLORED
A F Rosenheim, Architect(s). From the American Architect and Building
    News, March 17, 1888.
This picture is extremely hard to find, as the American Architect and Building News not only had a very small circulation during that time, but very few were actually preserved or colored as this has been.  It measures approximately 8 by 12 inches and has a mat border and foam core backing (not attached to the picture).  The whole plan measures approximately 12 by 16 inches (with mat border).  Finely detailed and beautifully hand-colored
with watercolor. VG+ condition. THIS IS THE ORIGINAL PICTURE PRINTED AND PUBLISHED ON THE DATE ABOVE--NOT A COPY OR REPRINT. Shrink wrapped.
