Rock-N-Roll Warehouse uses various companies to ship our products to ensure that we can get them to you quickly and efficiently. Our products are shipped with USPS, UPS Ground, or Fedex Ground. All packages are usually shipped within 1 business day after receiving a cleared payment.
Once the package is shipped an email will be sent to you with the tracking information, this information will also be posted on eBay as well as PayPal for convenient viewing.
Rock-N-Roll Warehouse offers low shipping costs for all packages shipped within the USA, this includes packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico (please allow 1-2 additional days for delivery in those areas). Most packages will be shipped via USPS standard mail, although we do offer Priority and Express shipping services (additional rates would apply) Please review shipping tab before checkout for more info.
As a courtesy to our International customers we ship Worldwide. To help customers keep shipping costs down, our items are usually shipped via USPS Standard Mail. Please note this service includes limited tracking which will only show the package location until it leaves the USA. There is no insurance on this service and does carry added risk. Rock-N-Roll Warehouse firmly believes that you will be happy with your purchase from us. That's because we only sell authentic tour memorabilia. We ensure that every item is described accurately.
We understand, however, that in very rare occasions sometimes a product may not meet your expectation. That is why we've made the return process simple and easy to follow.
We offer a full 30 day 100% return policy on items that are not accurately described.
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). To obtain a RMA,

. You may choose between an exchange of a like item or refund. If you choose a refund Rock-N-Roll Warehouse reserves the right to charge a 20% percent restocking fee, initial shipping costs incurred and yours to return the item will not be reimbursed. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. We will pay the return shipping only if the return is a result of our error.
Rock-N-Roll Warehouse will have a various auctions each month, usually starting on a Saturday. These auctions will last for a period of 7 days and end the subsequent Saturday. This format allows our customers the opportunity to have the auction experience without having to check our listings on a daily basis.
